Last one out at Psystar, turn off the lights.

After being ordered by a federal judge on Tuesday to stop selling its Mac clones, Psystar's Web site is now inaccessible. Dow Jones Newswires is reporting that the company is going out of business. Founder and president Rudy Pedraza will be "shutting things down immediately," Psystar attorney Eugene Action told Dow Jones. All eight employees will be let go.

The Florida-based company was found to be software in a November ruling by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
